The HR Executive Compliance Council, Inc. (HREXCC) is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to advancing compliance as both a professional duty and a foundation for organizational resilience. We unite human resources executives, legal professionals, and organizational leaders to promote lawful, ethical, and accountable workplaces.

Through education, knowledge-sharing, and peer collaboration, HR EXCC provides a trusted forum for members to strengthen compliance systems, anticipate regulatory changes, and address emerging challenges. Our programs are designed to serve HR, compliance, legal and business professionals by improving risk management, safeguarding employees, and enhancing organizational accountability.
