Sponsorship Agreement

By checking the box below, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Sponsorship Commitment

I understand that submitting this form constitutes a commitment to sponsor the HR Executive Compliance Council, Inc. (“HREXCC”) at the level selected. All sponsorships are considered business contributions in support of HREXCC’s educational and professional mission and are not payments for goods or services. HREXCC is incorporated as a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation and is in the process of seeking federal 501(c)(6) tax-exempt status. Until such recognition is granted by the IRS, sponsorships are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

2. Non-Refundable Contribution

I acknowledge that sponsorship fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, regardless of participation, usage of benefits, or later withdrawal. Funds may not be transferred or credited toward other programs, memberships, or events unless approved in writing by HREXCC.

3. Non-Endorsement

I understand that HREXCC does not endorse, promote, or guarantee any sponsor’s products or services. Sponsorship recognition is limited to acknowledgment and visibility consistent with nonprofit compliance and IRS guidelines for mutual-benefit organizations.

4. Brand Use and Materials

I grant HREXCC a limited, non-exclusive right to use my organization’s name, logo, and approved materials for sponsor recognition in digital communications, events, and promotional content. I represent that I have authority to grant such permissions and that submitted materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Virtual Participation

I acknowledge that all sponsorship activities, events, and recognitions are conducted entirely online through HREXCC’s digital platforms. No in-person events, exhibits, or physical marketing materials are included in the sponsorship benefits.

6. Compliance and Conduct

I agree to uphold HREXCC’s professional standards and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. HREXCC reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship recognition if a sponsor engages in conduct inconsistent with its values, mission, or compliance obligations.
