Gerry Townzen oversees the Northern and Southern California regions is a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, where he partners with executives at small to mid-sized companies to streamline operations, manage compliance, and optimize human capital strategies.

 

His career spans over a decade in enterprise sales and account management, including roles at Salesforce, Mindtickle, Marketo, and PlayMaker Health, driving growth and performance in technology and healthcare sectors.

He studied at Ohlone College and has also dedicated nearly a decade to youth sports as a golf and athletic coach, mentoring student-athletes in leadership and teamwork.
