6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING AUTHORIZATION
The Speaker grants HREXCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to record, archive, promote, and distribute the presentation and related materials through HREXCC's website, social media, and membership communications. The Speaker confirms that all content is original, properly licensed, or otherwise authorized for use, and that presentation materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
7. CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
The Speaker agrees to maintain conduct consistent with HREXCC's commitment to professionalism, respect, and inclusivity. Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with professional standards will not be permitted. HREXCC reserves the right to remove a speaker from a program for failure to comply with this standard.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
The Speaker agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HREXCC, its officers, directors, council members, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Speaker's presentation, submitted materials, or breach of this Agreement.
9. HRCI RECERTIFICATION CREDIT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
If HREXCC submits this program for HRCI recertification credit, the Speaker agrees to provide accurate program descriptions, learning objectives, and supporting documentation as requested. The Speaker confirms the content aligns with the HRCI Body of Knowledge domain(s) indicated in the Speaker Submission Form.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, the Speaker confirms they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Volunteer Speaker Disclosure and Agreement. The Speaker acknowledges this is a binding commitment and agrees to fulfill their speaking obligation as scheduled or provide HREXCC with a minimum of 14 days notice if cancellation is necessary.
